Vata, pitta, and kapha are patterns — not personality quizzes or prisons.

Dosha is a language for qualities in the body: dry or oily, hot or cold, heavy or light. You are not one type forever.
Start with gentle observation. Notice sleep, hunger, skin, and mood across a week rather than a single quiz result.
Food and routine shift qualities. Warm, moist meals ground vata. Bitter and cooling foods soothe pitta. Light, spicy foods lift kapha.
Balance does not mean becoming someone else. It means creating the conditions for your natural self to feel supported.
